Haven been updating in a while.Currently, i'm in Australia as part of Singapore's Chef De Mission team to the Commonwealth games.You may have seen me a couple of times on tv either cheering on for team Singapore or being interviewed on the progress of the Singapore team.All the while here, i've been giving pep talks to the athletes, giving them motivation and also training them to be mentally prepared for each event.It's been one hellava busy week for me tt's why i haven't had time to update.
I'm enjoying myself in Australia.Wonderful place with great scenery.Tho i haven't had the time to go sightseeing but from my hotel room window here, it's a really a beautiful sight to see.I'll be returning in less than a week's time when most of the Singapore team's events are over.
Ok..if you really thot i'm in Australia,all i have to say is GOTCHA!. I'm not overseas nor am i anywhere near the sea.My internet connection got cut off the past week so i couldn't go online.Heck, i couldn't even check my exam results when it came out on Tuesday.Anyway, here's how my exams went..
- Engineering Mathematics A
- Engineering Science A
- Electrical Principles A
- Analogue Electronics A
- Computer and Programming B+
- Communication Skills A
- French Language A+
Wasn't really what i was expecting but hey, i must say it's not a bad result really.Tho i hrd frm c2y tt someone frm my class got 5 distinctions.To think i only got one distinction and that too, for a 2 credit point module.MY GPA is 3.843.Better than what i got for last sem.
I also got another sms from the French Club.They're inviting me to go for a camp.Now, to tell you the truth, i hate camps.But this is a personal invitation frm the French Club lecturer himself.Should i go? hmm...
Anyway, abt the 8 wives thing, it's just a joke.I know islam only allows up to four.But even tho four is allowed, i don't think i'll even marry once.I mean, these days, the concept of marriage is dead.Look at the rising number of divorces.Heck, i dun have to look any further.Just look at how my parents' marriage ended up.
It's sad to see what the world is becoming into...
