If i were to tell you now that i actually entered Zouk today, would you believe it?
I doubt so.
Well, to tell you the truth, i did entered Zouk. Yes, THE Zouk, one of the most popular clubs in Singapore. This is the same Zouk where only guys above 21 can enter. And yet, i was able to enter it without and opposition from the bouncers.
Actually, the main reason i could enter Zouk was cos the MILK run was held just outside it and we were allowed to rest and have our lunch in there b4 the main event started. It's a pretty cool place i must say. Very dark and groovy while at the same time sensuous and cozy. Great place. And to top it off, the Ngee Ann cheerleaders were there too so it was a sight to see. Too bad i couldnt take any gd pics in there cos the place was very dim.
My job at the run was just to be a human barricade, to block of people from crossing over to the performance area. It was so damn hot and yet we have to stand there for more than 2 hrs. But i did meet a couple of interesting ppl there. Saw Mervyn..you know..the wacky guy from Kids Central. Well perhaps u don't cos u guys don't watch the channel. Also, i saw Dr Vivian Balakrishnan who was standing right in front of me. And also from afar, i saw Rod Monteiro and Yaz from Class 95. The performances were cool i must say. And i would have enjoyed it if it wasn't for the heat. So basically i just stood there, block off people, some of whom are jerks and all these in the name of charity.
Such a kind hearted boy i am.
