In life, shit happens.
I screwed up my ECA and Maths paper so much so that i'm not even gonna get an A for them. And this time it's no joke. For both papers, i lost about 30 marks each and it's all due to carelesness and my own stupidity. Dammit. But what can i do. What's done is done. The only thing to do now is to move on. No use talking abt it. But the pain of losing those marks is still burnning in me tho.
So after the ECA paper on Thursday, my class had our first bbq outing. However, the turnout was rather pathetic esp since only 9 ppl turned up for it (out of 23). This must be the most un-united class i've ever been in. And to think Nick and gang bought lots of food for the bbq. I pity them actually. I knew frm the start not many will turn up but i do applaud their effort in trying to bring the class out together. Had fun during the bbq..doing lame stuff like shoving ppl's groin into a lamppost. I would have had a picture to post here if Booker hadn't delete it frm my phone. Oh well.
I must say East Coast Park is prolly the most unaccessible place in Singapore. Had to take a cab to and from there. Even got cheated(in a way) on the way back. You see, being noobs, we asked the driver to bring us to Marina Bay Stn since we thot THAT was the nearest NSL mrt stn to ECP. The driver initially contradicted us, saying tt it's called Marina South Stn. But tt din matter to us since we thot as long as he knew where the stn was, we don't care what he calls it. So upon reaching the Marina South area, he suddenly said tt if we wanted to go to the nearest NSL stn, we shld have gone to Raffles Place mrt. He even added tt he doesn't know where Marina Bay stn is exactly. I was like...wtf. I would have alighted there and then if it weren't for the fact tt the place look deserted so we told him to go Raffles Place instead.
Now the thing that pisses me off is, why couldn't he have told us earlier if he knew all the while tt Raffles Place is the nearest NSL stn?? It was pretty obvious that he wanted to cheat us out of our money. We din pursue the matter cos we only had ourselves to blame for being noobs.
