Yesterday, i went to pay my fees. Then i asked the guy at the counter when will i be able to access my results. He answered confidently that i should be able to access it the next day. So this morning i went to my student e-service account. I clicked on 'Academic Results for current semester'. And still, i'm unable to access my results.
A useless education institution Nanyang Polytechnic is.
Also, on my way back, i went to an Atm to withdraw some money. So i was queing, waiting for my turn. And i was next in line. Then the guy in front of me finished doing his transactions. I was walking towards the Atm machine when a bitch out of nowhere just simply walked into the queue and used the machine. Right in front of my face. Now, if was the same person i was abt a yr ago, she would have been dead. But now, i'm much calmer and patient. Furthermore, it's the month of Ramadan so i dun see the point in losing my temper.
Gosh, i really have changed huh? Sometimes i marvel at the fact that i'm such brilliant guy not only in handling my academic studies but also in everyday life situations. I foresee myself to be a really great guy someday with a big heart. :)
Anyway, i was reading the papers recently when this interesting article came out. I'm sure most of you know the Indonesian band Peterpan. Well, one of their singles, Tak Bisakah was apparently used to create a hindi single for the movie Woh Lamhe. I personally have heard the hindi version and i find it kinda..well..weird. So apparently the music director of that movie used the track without permission and now Musica Records, the record company for Peterpan is planning to sue. If u ask me, Peterpan should be glad that their song are well received overseas as well. Even if it's in another language.
Oh yeah, i realised i haven't mentioned how my timetable's gonna be like. I have no classes on Monday while i have 8am-5pm sch hours on Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesdays, i start at 8 and end at 6pm instead of 3pm cos i have and extra module this sem. French Optional Elective 1. And on Fridays, i end at 9.30pm just like last sem. But this time, i can go for my friday prayers cos i have a 2 hour break in the afternoon. Thank goodness.
