Kimochi
Third year specialisation results were out this week. Manage to get into WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS. Although 98% of my class got into the same specialisation too, i most probably won't be seeing any of them again after this sem cos i'm going to core programme 5.
You see, currently it's semester 4 of our 3 year ECC diploma study and we are on core programme 3 which means we are taking sem 3 modules in sem 4 and vice-versa. So by going to programme 5 nxt sem, i'm back to the normal path of taking sem 5 modules first instead of sem 6. So while most of my classmates will be doing their FYP/IAP first, i'll be doing my studying in sch. Alone. :(
Anyway, comm skills test coming up this Wednesday. And i haven't started on a single thing. Frankly i find it a bit of a rush to have a common test this early but what to do? There's no changing it. Also, i'll be having a maths and INDEC quiz this wk as well. This is horrible. And to top it all of, i have to retake my french OE test on Monday too. Since i've been absenting myself for the past two weeks.
Oh, i won't be continuing my French OE next sem btw. Also, i've taken time off from all french club activities to fully concentrate on my studies. After a disappointing common test results, i aim to score close to full marks for both Maths and MicroP. Tho it may be possible for MicroP, for maths however, i just find it hard to cope with it. And to think if i were to go to uni, there'll be more maths in store for me.
The reason i was able to score pretty well for my maths in the first yr cos the topics have all been taught before in sec 3/4 for A Maths. Now, it's an entirely different story. I was never gd and calculus and stuff like that since sec sch and engineering maths is full of that. Perhaps i've chosen the wrong course. But this isn't a time to regret my choice. What's done is done. All i can hope for is to get a DWM(diploma with merit) and switch courses in uni. Probably i'll go to business or something. Or should i? When it comes to planning for the future, i can be so indecisive at times.
