The Olympics.
My brother has been keeping updates on the olympics. Once he gets home from school, he'll stay glued to the tv, watching the olympics all the way till midnight. Frankly, i dont see what's so exciting abt it. It seems like he likes it alot. And apparently he likes Badminton the most.

Which malay guy in their right mind would take a liking to a sport other than soccer?? :O
Not only that, apparently he has been cheering for Team Singapore so valiantly throughout the olympics. As in literally cheering. He was so proud when Singapore finished fifth in the world in some women's swimming event. And today was some semi final match for the Singapore's women table tennis TEAM category. So my brother was watching the match, cheering them on and even applausing them every time they scored a point. I was like..WTF.
Team Singapore won the match btw. Which means they are guaranteed a medal, their first in decades. Even tho it was some foreign talents tt helped us get tt far.
Anyway, i can never understand why my brother's so patriotic to the country. Heck, he was the only one in my family to watch the entire national day parade on tv and the only one to actually sing out national songs to prep him up for his school celebrations.
Sigh..though i say this, i must admit tt patriotic people like him will have a bright future in Singapore.As a government dog of course.
How bout me you asked? Well, all i can say is tt in 20 yrs time, you wont see me in Singapore anymore. :p
